STOP THE PRESS!!! Peter and Ben  is chosen by Werner Herzog himself to play before his feature documentary 'Encounters At the End of The World' as part of the Shooting People Herzog Competition. Link http://shootingpeople.org/herzog/

Herzog's comments on the film

"PETER AND BEN, the story of the man and his sheep in Wales (has) a wonderful human touch to it, all the other films are good - which is rare when it comes to a selection of six films, but they are more in the conventional area of documentaries.

If I could chose two films for best in the series, I would give the award ex aequo to AMASAN as well, but with only one choice at my disposal, it has to go to PETER AND BEN.

Best,
Werner Herzog"

The film has also been chosen by newly relaunched wesbite FourDocs as one of the '10 short documentaries to watch before you make your film' http://www.4docs.org.uk/films/9/Peter+and+Ben
